Shipping policy

Belle Dame offers the following shipping options to customers wishing to ship to Canadian provinces:

• $7.95 Flat Rate Expedited Shipping through Canada Post
• Priority Shipping through Canada Post (Carrier-calculated)
  

 

For orders of $75 CAD or more, we offer complimentary expedited shipping.

Orders are packed and shipped within one to four business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business days. During busy periods, including expo events and holidays, we may get backlogged.

For all orders placed on our website, your order will be shipped from 136 Watline Ave, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2E2. Please note that signatures are required on all orders. 

 

Order Tracking:

You will be notified of a tracking number shortly after your order is processed. To track your package, follow the link in the email or input your tracking number into Canada Post's website. 

 

Delivery Times:

Delivery times provided at checkout are an estimate, as the delivery times can vary depending on the shipping address. Furthermore, please note that weather, Canadian shipping holidays, peak season, and incorrect shipping information may further delay the shipment of your order.
